The recipe test questionnaires are coming in fast and furious, with some great comments and suggestions. I'm a little behind in my responses because of my teaching schedule, so please bear with me. I should be able to get back to everyone with new recipes or answers to your questions by Saturday or Sunday. This testing system has been amazingly helpful and I'm grateful to you all for your perserverence, dedication, and insight.
