I am just polishing up the first recipe and will be sending it out Sunday. If you have not received it by Monday night please write to me at bestbreads@gmail.com But, please , write only if you have already been accepted as a tester. I cannot manage any new testers at this time (I've received over 30 requests since closing the list and it kills me to say no but it will really kill me if I say yes and have to stay up all night writing to even more testers than the 300 we already have). I anticipate opening the list up toward the end of the process for some fresh eyes, so if you didn't make the list please check back in a January, which is when I may be able to open it up for another round.
Okay testers, be on the look out for your first recipe on Sunday. Subsequent recipes may be slow in coming so don't worry if there's a break between the first and second. This first one is key to many of the others so I want to be sure we have it worked out before testing the follow-ups. Please always check the blog first before writing to ask about your next recipe.
For those who are writing to me about general questions, please forgive me if I'm slow to respond but I will try to get back to you when I can. Use recipetesters@yahoo.com for those letters.
