I hate to do it but I can't keep up with you all--we now have about 270 volunteer testers and I have to close the list. So this is the last day (Monday) to get your name in. After October 6 I won't be able to include you--for which I'm really sorry, but now we have to get on with the recipes.
Meanwhile, I've just started sending out response forms and should have one to everyone by Sunday. After that I'll try to get a recipe out soon after. Again, check in with the blog for updates.

PS I just noticed a typo on the cover letter I've been sending out to some of the recipe testers. I gave the wrong e-address for general correspondence. It should read recipetesters@yahoo.com. I corrected it but only after about 30 or so went out with the wrong address. Meanwhile, I'm only halfway through responding to all the testers, so if you haven't heard from me yet don't worry--I'm still working on it, one person at a time, and plan to get back toeveryone by Sunday.
