I'm blown away by the number of responses I've received so far--over 100 recipe testers! I'm going to keep it open for another week so that those who haven't seen the earlier post have a chance to get in on this. I'll be communicating with all the testers via this blog as well as through the e-mails at bestbreads@gmail.com Do check here from time to time for updates. I'm still setting up the response form and working on the first recipes. They will be coming out slowly over the next two months or so. Probably the first to be tested will be my newest version of classic French bread and baguettes. It will take about two weeks before I start sending recipes out, so hang in there.
Just wanted to say thanks to all who have signed on and we'll be off and running soon.
